Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups grated berdorfer cheese (or emmenthal, cheddar or gruyere
- 3 ounces salami, finely chopped
How To Make cheese and salami muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2In a bowl mix the eggs with the olive oil and milk. In a separate bowl, mix the the flour and baking powder with a pinch of salt and pepper. Incorporate flour mixture into the egg mixture.

Step 3Add the grated cheese and the chopped salami to the batter and mix. Grease 9 muffin cups and distribute the batter between the cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
