Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups grated berdorfer cheese (or emmenthal, cheddar or gruyere
  • 3 ounces salami, finely chopped

How To Make cheese and salami muffins

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl mix the eggs with the olive oil and milk. In a separate bowl, mix the the flour and baking powder with a pinch of salt and pepper. Incorporate flour mixture into the egg mixture.
  • Step 3
    Add the grated cheese and the chopped salami to the batter and mix. Grease 9 muffin cups and distribute the batter between the cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
