Ingredients
- 2/3 cup hungry jack mashed potato flakes
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons butter ,melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, thyme or rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
How To Make cheese and herb muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 400* lightly coat 8 muffin tins with cooking spray

Step 2Combine water, butter,milk and egg Ina large mixing bowl. Add potato flakes, cornmeal baking powder, salt, pepper and desired seasonings. Mix well, stir in half the cheese

Step 3Divide mixture evenly in pan and top with cheese
