hungry jack mashed potato flakes
3/4 c
boiling water
3 Tbsp
butter ,melted
3/4 c
milk
1 large
egg, slightly beaten
1 c
yellow corn meal
1 tsp
baking powder
3/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
dill weed, thyme or rosemary
1/4 tsp
black pepper
3/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese, divided

How to Make Cheese and Herb Muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 400* lightly coat 8 muffin tins with cooking spray
  • 2Combine water, butter,milk and egg Ina large mixing bowl. Add potato flakes, cornmeal baking powder, salt, pepper and desired seasonings. Mix well, stir in half the cheese
  • 3Divide mixture evenly in pan and top with cheese
  • 4Bake 20 minutes cool 10 minutes before serving . ENJOY!
