Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained, squeezed dry
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 11.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 12 cup muffin cups. 2.Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a mixing bowl.

Step 23.Stir the melted butter, egg, milk, spinach, and Cheddar cheese together in a large mixing bowl until evenly blended. Slowly stir in the flour mixture. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full of batter.
