Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped and sauted in a little butter
- 1 teaspoon dill weed or dried parsley
How To Make cheddar muffins

Step 1Stir together flour, bakingpowder, salt, paprika, and sugar. Add egg, milk, sour cream, butter and cheese. Stir until blended. Fold in onions and herbs.

Step 2Use ice cream scooper to fill greased muffing tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
