Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1-1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1`-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 teaspoons dried chives
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup fat-free, condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup canola oil
How To Make cheddar, chive muffins w/ bacon.

Step 1Heat oven to 400 Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Cook bacon in lg skillet over med-high heat until crisp. Drain, crumble, set aside.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, chives, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.

Step 3In another bowl, stir together the egg, milk, soup and oil. Mix egg mix into dry ingredients until just moistened. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20-25 min, or until a toothpick insreted in center comes out clean.
