1 cwhole wheat flour

1-1/2 Tbspsugar

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1`-1/2 tspgarlic powder

5 tspdried chives

1/3 cparmesan cheese
-
1 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

1egg, beaten
-
1/2 cfat-free milk
-
1/2 cfat-free, condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 ccanola oil
How To Make cheddar, chive muffins w/ bacon.

1Heat oven to 400 Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Cook bacon in lg skillet over med-high heat until crisp. Drain, crumble, set aside.

2In lg bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, chives, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.

3In another bowl, stir together the egg, milk, soup and oil. Mix egg mix into dry ingredients until just moistened. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20-25 min, or until a toothpick insreted in center comes out clean.
