- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla yep, one tbs
- 2 cups cantelope puree
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- - sugar for dusting the tops
How To Make cantelope muffins

Step 1blend all the wet ingredients. blend all the dry ingredinets. combine the two until just blended. put into greased muffing tins. sprinkle sugar on top and bake at 350 until done. time depends on regular or king size muffin tins.
