bran muffins
I have been on so many diets through the years, and this recipe says it was from a reducing diet from one of them. However, these muffins are so freaking good, you won't know it! It seems that I have always loved bran muffins, in fact, it was about all I could keep down when pregnant with my daughter! :)

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 package sweet and low
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 - drops almond flavoring or banana
- 1/2 medium apple, cored or blueberries
- 6 tablespoons unprocessed bran
How To Make bran muffins

Step 1In blender, put egg, water, milk, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and almond. Blend. Drop apple into blender and grind. Pour into a bowl. Stir in bran. Pour batter into 4 muffin cups sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
