bran muffins

I have been on so many diets through the years, and this recipe says it was from a reducing diet from one of them. However, these muffins are so freaking good, you won't know it! It seems that I have always loved bran muffins, in fact, it was about all I could keep down when pregnant with my daughter! :)

Ingredients For bran muffins

  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    water
  • 3 Tbsp
    powdered milk
  • 1 pkg
    sweet and low
  • 1 pinch
    cinnamon
  • 1 pinch
    nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4
    drops almond flavoring or banana
  • 1/2 md
    apple, cored or blueberries
  • 6 Tbsp
    unprocessed bran

How To Make bran muffins

    In blender, put egg, water, milk, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and almond. Blend. Drop apple into blender and grind. Pour into a bowl. Stir in bran. Pour batter into 4 muffin cups sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
