MIX FOLLOWING AND ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS

4beaten eggs
-
1 coil
-
1 qtbuttermilk
How to Make Bran Muffins
- Mix well and keep stored in refrigerator in covered bowl. Use as desired.
- Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
- Bake @ 370 for approx. 15 - 20 min.
- We like ours a little browner so we bake for 20 to 25 min.
- Batter will keep up to 6 weeks.
