Ingredients For bran muffins

  • 1 - 15 oz. pkg
    raisin bran cereal
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 5 c
    flour
  • 5 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • MIX FOLLOWING AND ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS
  • 4
    beaten eggs
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 1 qt
    buttermilk

How To Make bran muffins

  • 1
    Mix well and keep stored in refrigerator in covered bowl. Use as desired.

    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.

    Bake @ 370 for approx. 15 - 20 min.

    We like ours a little browner so we bake for 20 to 25 min.

    Batter will keep up to 6 weeks.
