blueberry sweet muffins
I got this recipe out of a Southern Living magazine. Very easy and they turned out great!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make blueberry sweet muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400*.

Step 2Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center of mixture.

Step 3Stir together milk, oil, and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.

Step 4Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling 2 thirds full. Sprinkle batter with 2 Tbsp. sugar.

Step 5Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are golden. Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.
