I got this recipe out of a Southern Living magazine. Very easy and they turned out great!

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 large
  • 1 c
    fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Blueberry Sweet Muffins


  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center of mixture.
  3. Stir together milk, oil, and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling 2 thirds full. Sprinkle batter with 2 Tbsp. sugar.
  5. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are golden. Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.
