Ingredients
- 1 medium egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
How To Make blueberry muffins

Step 1Beat egg slightly and stir in milk and oil .

Step 2Mix in next four ingredients until just moistened. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Step 3Stir in blueberries.

Step 4Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. You may use a muffin pan sprayed lightly or paper liners. Don't forget to spray the liners so your muffins will not stick.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
