How to Make Blueberry Muffins
- In a small bowl, combine: sifted flour, baking powder, sugar & salt. Add blueberries, stirring gently until well coated
- In another bowl, combine: eggs, melted butter and milk. Gently fold into dry mixture, just until moist. Careful not to over mix,
- Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and sprinkle light with topping.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, until lightly brown. Yields: 12-18 muffins.
