Friends from the Chicago area shared this recipe with me after trying for breakfast one cold December morning. I bake these quite often, one for the wonderful muffin, and two, to remember the good times we shared.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- TOPPING
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make blueberry muffins

Step 1In a small bowl, combine: sifted flour, baking powder, sugar & salt. Add blueberries, stirring gently until well coated

Step 2In another bowl, combine: eggs, melted butter and milk. Gently fold into dry mixture, just until moist. Careful not to over mix,

Step 3Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and sprinkle light with topping.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, until lightly brown. Yields: 12-18 muffins.
