How to Make Blueberry Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 12 cup muffin pan with vegetable spray or use paper liners.
- Combine egg, vegetable oil, vanilla and milk.
- Stir in sugar and flour. Batter will be lumpy.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Divide among the 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle tops with Sugar in the Raw.
- Bake 18- 28 minutes or until lightly browned.
