Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make blueberry muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400*. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups; set aside.

Step 2Mix flour, 2/3 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix sour cream, milk, oil, egg, orange peel and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add to flour mixture; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be thick and slightly lumpy). Gently stir in blueberries.

Step 3Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Mix 2 TBSP sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake for 20-25 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
