blueberry lemon muffins
Got this recipe from a friend and really liked it you can use any kind of fruit it doesn't have to be blueberries and lemon we just happen to like blueberries and lemon alot.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- I large egg
- I/4 cup crisco
- I cup milk
- I teaspoon salt
- I 3/4 cup blueberries
- I tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- I teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make blueberry lemon muffins

Step 1In a small bowl mix the flour the baking powder and the sugar

Step 2Cream Crisco, sugar, and an egg in a mixing bowl.

Step 3Mix flour mixture in the cream mixture alternate with milk.

Step 4Put A little flour on your blueberries and fold into your mixture along with the lemon zest and the lemon juice.

Step 5Grease your muffin tins,( I use papers) bake in a 400 Degree oven for 20 minutes.
