1 1/2 cwhite whole wheat or all purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1 Tbspcinnamon

1 Tbsppumpkin pie spice (we like our pumpkin spicy, so some may like less)

1 tspsalt

1/2 cwhite sugar

1/3 cbrown sugar

1 ccanned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

1/3 capplesauce
-
1/4 cbiscoff spread
-
1/3 cwater
-
1 tspvanilla
-
2eggs
-
walnuts or pecans as desired
How To Make biscoff pumpkin muffins

1Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line a 12 count muffin pan with muffin liners. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and stir to combine. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

2Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined - do not over mix. Scoop mixture into muffin liners.

3Bake for approximately 18-22 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly touched and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
