Ingredients For best banana chocolate chip muffins
- DRY INGREDIENTS

2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cchocolate chips
- WET/OTHER INGREDIENTS

2eggs
-
2regular size bananas, or 5 small thai bananas, over ripe, mashed

1 tspvanilla extract
-
3/4 csugar
-
1/2 cbutter, room temp

1/4 cgreek yogurt, regular yogurt, or sour cream
How To Make best banana chocolate chip muffins

1Preheat your oven to 180° C (350° F). Get out your muffin pan and line with 12 muffin papers.

2Mix all the dry ingredients together except the chocolate chips.

3Mix all the wet/other ingredients together. I did use 4 small Thai bananas.

4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Quickly mix until just combined, do not over mix.

5Add the chocolate chips and give it a quick mix.

6Spoon the batter into a muffin pan lined with paper liners. Fill each cell to almost full.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they have rose and golden brown, they are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8Remove from the muffin pan and set on a rack to cool.

9Serve and enjoy. Best the day they are baked.
