best banana chocolate chip muffins
This recipe comes from a very good friend of mine, and they are delicious muffins.

Ingredients
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- WET/OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 2 regular size bananas, or 5 small thai bananas, over ripe, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, room temp
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt, regular yogurt, or sour cream
How To Make best banana chocolate chip muffins

Step 1Preheat your oven to 180° C (350° F). Get out your muffin pan and line with 12 muffin papers.

Step 2Mix all the dry ingredients together except the chocolate chips.

Step 3Mix all the wet/other ingredients together. I did use 4 small Thai bananas.

Step 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Quickly mix until just combined, do not over mix.

Step 5Add the chocolate chips and give it a quick mix.

Step 6Spoon the batter into a muffin pan lined with paper liners. Fill each cell to almost full.

Step 7Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they have rose and golden brown, they are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 8Remove from the muffin pan and set on a rack to cool.

Step 9Serve and enjoy. Best the day they are baked.
