How to Make Berry Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease or add muffin cups to a 12 cup muffin pan.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add blueberries and powdered sugar and carefully fold into batter.
  3. Fill muffin cups and bake until toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean. (about 20 minutes)
