Barrel's blueberry almond muffins
2 to 4 pkgblueberry cream cheese muffin mix
1 3/4 cmilk
1/2 can(s)blueberries in light juice (drained)
2 Tbspzest of large orange
1 tspalmond extract
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 bag(s)sliced almond pieces ( mine were roasted)
1/4 colive oil
How to Make Barrel's blueberry almond muffins
- Follow directions on back of packages for the muffins , Adding the above ingredients.
- preheat over to 425, grease tins (I sprayed them with Pam really well) and fill to 1/2 full place water in one with no batter place in over and bake till golden brown
- Let cool for a few minutes then remove from pan they should come right out . enjoy with some nice Fairy home made butter. Enjoy!
