Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-4 - ripened bananas
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make banana walnut muffins

Step 1In large bowl, blend together butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs and banana

Step 2In separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg,and cinnamon

Step 3Blend dry ingredients into first mixture. Add walnuts.

Step 4Fill paper muffin cups with batter and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.

Step 5I like to put a whole walnut on top before I bake them, "just for looks"
