1Heat oven to 425^. Lightly grease a large cookie sheet.Set aside.
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder oatmeal,sugars , and spices ; mix well.
Combine milk,melted butter and egg in a small bowl and mix well then add to the dry ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistene. Stir in vanilla, bananas and nuts until incorporated , but gently.
For each muffin top, drop batter by 4 Tablespoons for each top, onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
These freeze well.
