1Mash bananas with a fork. Stir in sugar, egg and All Bran. Mix well. Add oil and beat with a fork.
2In separate bowl stir together, flour, oat bran, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and raisins. Add dry ingredients all at once to banana mixture. Stir until flour is moist. Do not overmix.
3Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of muffin.
