This makes two loaves of the best, moist banana nut bread. My family loves it!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3
    ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans or walnuts

How to Make Banana Nut Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix ingredients in order given. Grease and flour loaf pans or muffin tin. Bake at 350F for 1 hour for the loaf and 30 minutes for the muffins.
