Ingredients
- 4 large bananas
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- cream cheese icing
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make banana muffins with cream cheese icing

Step 1Mash 3 bananas, add sugar and the slightly beaten egg. Stir in melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients.

Step 2Spoon into medium size muffin pans. Bake 20 minutes at 350F degrees.

Step 3Top with cream cheese icing and slices of bananas.

Step 4Cream Cheese Icing: Soften cheese and butter. Beat well.

Step 5Add sugar and vanilla. Beat again. Spread on cooled muffins.
