    ripe bananas
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    brownsugar
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c
    self rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    pecans or walnuts

How to Make Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat mashed bananas, eggs and sugar.Beat in butter and vanilla.Add flour and cinnamon beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts,
  2. Spoon into 12 well greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 22 to 24 minutes.
