Ingredients

1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 - eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 - mashed bananas

How To Make banana cake/muffins

Step 1

mix well with mixer. Bake in greased 9x9 or large loaf pan. 350 degrees for 1 hour. For mini muffins bake 12 minutes. For 4 mini loaf pans 35 minutes.
