banana bread
My Children Love this when I make it. I have been doing different things with it, like making it in a bunt pan instead of the loaf pan. I have also make it into little muffins. I found that if I make it fun and small, they all eat it up much quicker.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 or 4 large banana's (mashed)
How To Make banana bread

Step 1Cream butter, eggs, sugar. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour into loaf pan, bunt pan, or muffin pan. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes.
