Bacon Chedder Muffins
Instead,add 2 or 3 tablespoons of water to any empty cups to keep the pan from heating unevenly and/or warp in the oven.
1/2 tspbaking powder
3/4 cplus 2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cbutter,melted and cooled
1 c(4oz) shredded chedder cheese
6 slicebacon,crisp cooked and crumbled
How to Make Bacon Chedder Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 12 standard(2 1/2")muffin cups.
- Combine the 1st-5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine milk,butter,egg in a small bowl;mix well.
Add milk mixture to flour mixture;stir just until blended.
Gently stir in cheese and bacon.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups,filling 3/4 full.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 2 minutes;remove to wire rack.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
