Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make bacon cheddar muffins

Step 1In a bowl combine Bisquick, milk, oil and egg just until moistened. Fold in cheese and bacon. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to a wire rack. Makes 1 dozen.
