Ingredients
- 7 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
- 1/3 cup self-rising flour
- 4 ounces bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons bacon fat
How To Make bacon cheddar mini biscuit muffins

Step 1preheat oven to 335 degrees. grease mini muffin molds with some of the bacon grease.

Step 2in a mixing bowl, combine ingredients 1-8, mix well. in a separate bowl, combine ingredients 9-11. mix well. combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. mix well

Step 3put 1 tbsp of the muffin mixture in 24 mini muffin molds. bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. remove and place on a cooling rack

Step 4Drizzle with butter pecan maple syrup or honey and extra butter!
