Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg, beaten
How To Make apple oat muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 3Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.

Step 4Stir in chopped apple.

Step 5Add apple cider, milk, butter and egg. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.

Step 6Scoop into lined muffin pan.

Step 7Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.

Step 8Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
