rice flour (i used brown but you can use white if you want)
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
2 small
3 1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
3 Tbsp
1 large
apple peeled and then grated
1 Tbsp

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Muffins


  • 1Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Whisk all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate medium bowl whisk your eggs and oil together. Then add your grated apple and cinnamon. Combine with your dry ingredients. After this it looked a little dry so I chose to add 3 tablespoons milk. It turned out amazingly delicious!
  • 3Put muffin cups into your muffin pan or just grease your pan. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake about 22-27 minutes. I would continuously check to see if they're done because not all ovens cook exactly the same. Insert a toothpick, when it emerges mostly clean they are done. Let cool about 5-7 minutes. Then enjoy!
