- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup milk, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar, for sprinkling
How To Make apple cider muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Step 3In another bowl, whisk eggs.

Step 4Add oil, apple cider, and milk to eggs. Whisk to combine.

Step 5Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well.
