Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make almond butter muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2Whisk together coconut flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 3Beat eggs, honey, almond butter, butter, milk and vanilla until well combined.

Step 4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, blend until combined.

Step 5Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 6Fill paper muffin cups with batter.

Step 7Bake for 15 -18 minutes.

Step 8Allow to cool in pan 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool.
