My sister in law gave me this recipe after our family spent a week with them. Every morning she would pop these into the oven and serve with breakfast.

Ingredients

4 large
eggs, beaten
3 c
sugar
2 tsp
salt
1 qt
buttermilk
1 c
salad oil
5 c
flour
5 tsp
baking soda
6 c
bran flakes

How to Make 6 Week Muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2In a very large bowl mix eggs, sugar, salt, buttermilk, oil, flour and soda.
  • 3Stir in bran flakes.
  • 4Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-22 minutes.
  • 5Blueberries, raisins, mashed bananas or nuts may be added.
  • 6Store unused batter in refrigerator and enjoy freshly baked muffins every day!
