My sister in law gave me this recipe after our family spent a week with them. Every morning she would pop these into the oven and serve with breakfast.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 cup salad oil
- 5 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 6 cups bran flakes
How To Make 6 week muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a very large bowl mix eggs, sugar, salt, buttermilk, oil, flour and soda.

Step 3Stir in bran flakes.

Step 4Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-22 minutes.

Step 5Blueberries, raisins, mashed bananas or nuts may be added.

Step 6Store unused batter in refrigerator and enjoy freshly baked muffins every day!
