How to Make 6 Week Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a very large bowl mix eggs, sugar, salt, buttermilk, oil, flour and soda.
- Stir in bran flakes.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Blueberries, raisins, mashed bananas or nuts may be added.
- Store unused batter in refrigerator and enjoy freshly baked muffins every day!
