    greek strained nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cucumbers
  • 1 pkg
    deli fresh turkey pastrami
  • 4
    greek style pita flatbreads
  • 2
    tomatoes,cut into 4 slices
  • 4
    slices sweet onion

How to Make Turkey Gyro Sandwich


  1. Combine yogurt and cucumbers. Seperate pastrami slices, place on microwaveable plate. Cover with paper towel, microwave on high 45 seconds or just until warmed, place on flatbreads. Top with tomatoes, onions and yogurt mixture, fold in half.
