steel cut oats pancakes
Usually I have to eat a bunch of pancakes to get full, but the steel cut oats provide great nourishment and so I only end up having to eat a few pancakes to get full.

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make steel cut oats pancakes

Step 1Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl

Step 2Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl

Step 3Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Step 4Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a greased griddle and cook till golden brown on each side

Step 5I enjoy eating these with either fresh cut up fruit or apple sauce
