How To Make spam cakes !

• 
  Step 1
  Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together all wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while stirring. Let sit about 5 to 10 minutes while you are preparing the Spam.
• 
  Step 2
  You can slice the Spam 1/4 inch thick, and fry it until browned. Place some batter on the griddle then place a slice of spam in the middle.... OR.... Dice up the Spam, Fry it until browned to your liking. Stir this into pancake batter. OR..... Dice, cook, and sprinkle it onto your pancakes before flipping them over.

  Step 3
  Sometimes we add drained whole kernel corn to the batter (1 Can about 15 to 16 ounces). OR.... Fresh corn on the cob left over from the night before... just cut it off of the cob and add it into the batter! (About 2 or 3 ears of corn). Sometimes we add diced cheeses and diced veggies.

  Fried Bacon slices or pieces!

  Step 6
  Breakfast Sausages, cooked, whole or cut into pieces!
