Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make puri roti ( asian south indian bread)

Step 1Mixed all ingrediants form a dough, knead for 5 mins cover and let rest for 1 hour.

Step 2Divide them into 10 to 12 balls, roll the balls flat using wooden roller like Pida bread.

Step 3Add to 2 cups of cooking oil into frying pan or pot, Heat until 375 degress F. Fry each bread for 10mins until light gold brown, dont over brown it. You'll see your bread popping like a balloon, dont get scared, thats how this bread should look. Once fried serve immidietly with curry,salad or any joice of your own. Once fried the bread would be crispy & mild soft.
