whole wheat flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 Tbsp
1/4 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/8 tsp
nutmeg, ground
1/8 tsp
ginger, ground
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil

How to Make Pumpkin Pancakes


  • 1Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir just until blended.
  • 2Pour the batter onto a hot griddle that has been lightly oiled.
  • 3Flip the pancakes over when bubbles break around the edges.
  • 4Serve hot with syrup or rum-flavored fruit sauce.
