How to Make Potato Cakes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend all ingredients with a pastry blender until crumbly.
- Add milk (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) until the dough sticks together, but is not wet. If it's too wet add a little more flour.
- Pat into a circle on a cutting board until you have about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 8 even pieces and place individually on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Cut in half, butter and brown sugar, or cool completely and store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
