Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flat beer (that's one can)
- 3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- - vegetable oil (i use extra virgin olive oil)
How To Make pizza dough with beer

Step 1Place all ingredients in the bread machine (except oil) in that order. Run machine on dough setting. A little oil can be used to cover the dough before baking.
