1Spray several cookie sheets with a vegetable non-stick spray such as Pam.
2Combine the oil, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper in a deep bowl. Add the pita chips and toss to coat with the oil mixture. Place coated pita chips on the cookie sheets. Bake in a 425*F oven for 10 minutes. Watch baking carefully as chips can get too brown or burn easily.
