Ingredients

  • 1
    egg beaten
  • 1 1/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    frozen fruit

How to Make pancakes with fruit

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl add the buttermilk, and oil to the beaten egg
  2. In a large bowl us a wisk to stir all of the dry ingredients together
  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients
  4. pour in the wet ingredients and stir using a spatula just until combined
  5. stir in the frozen fruit
  6. use a ladle to pour the batter on a preheated and prepared griddle of 350
  7. flip when the cakes have bubbled and brown the other side
