3/4 call purpose flour

1/4 cwhole wheat pastry flour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspcinnamon

1 cfrozen fruit
How To Make pancakes with fruit

1In a small bowl add the buttermilk, and oil to the beaten egg

2In a large bowl us a wisk to stir all of the dry ingredients together

3Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients

4pour in the wet ingredients and stir using a spatula just until combined

5stir in the frozen fruit

6use a ladle to pour the batter on a preheated and prepared griddle of 350
-
7flip when the cakes have bubbled and brown the other side
