- 1 - egg beaten
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup frozen fruit
How To Make pancakes with fruit

Step 1In a small bowl add the buttermilk, and oil to the beaten egg

Step 2In a large bowl us a wisk to stir all of the dry ingredients together

Step 3Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients

Step 4pour in the wet ingredients and stir using a spatula just until combined

Step 5stir in the frozen fruit

Step 6use a ladle to pour the batter on a preheated and prepared griddle of 350

Step 7flip when the cakes have bubbled and brown the other side
