How to Make Overnight pancakes
- In small bowl dissolve yeast in water; let stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Beat buttermilk, eggs, and oil: stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in yeast mixture and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir and fry on lightly oiled griddle. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen medium sized pancakes.
