How to Make Mom's Oven Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Take butter and place it into a 13 X 9 pan. Let butter melt completely before taking it out.
  3. Mix together eggs, milk , flour, and cinnamon/vanilla mixture.
  4. Take out pan once butter is melted and dump batter into pan.
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the batter rises up over the sides and the middle is cooked completely.
