Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
- 2 teaspoons lemon, fresh juice
- 1 - egg
- 1 - egg white
- - lemon-scented honey
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 - lemon, thinly sliced
How To Make lemon-poppy seed hot cakes

Step 1Combine first five ingredients, stir well. Combine milk and next five ingredients); stir well. Add to flour mixture; stirring until smooth.

Step 2Spoon about 1/3 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Serve with Lemon-Scented Honey.
