Ingredients
- 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 small can creamed corn
- - small amount of milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- - warm syrup or honey and butter for topping
How To Make johnny corn cakes

Step 1Mix together lightly. Batter will be lumpy.

Step 2Cook on hot griddly the same as you'd prepare pancakes.

Step 3Serve hot, drizzled with warm syrup and butter. Great with a side of sausage or bacon!
