Jalapeno, Onion, Cheddar Foccacia Bread
1 chot water (80°f)
2 Tbspolive oil
3 call purpose flour, sifted
2 Tbspeach of powdered milk and sugar
1 tspcoarse salt
1 tspgranulated garlic
2 tspactive dry yeast
1-2jalapeno, fresh, cut into rings
1/2 cdiced sweet onion
2 ccheddar cheese, grated
How to Make Jalapeno, Onion, Cheddar Foccacia Bread
- Grate cheese, dice onions, and slice jalapeno into rings, mix together and set aside.
- Sift 3 c of flour into mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt, granulated garlic and powdered milk. Mix together.
- Place water and oil in bread machine pan. Add flour mix, make an indention in the center of flour and place in yeast.
- Place machine on DOUGH ONLY cycle. Once dough has formed a ball, start putting in the cheese mixture a little at a time until it is all mixed in with the dough. You may need to add a little flour if the dough seems too moist. The cheese breaks down and adds moisture.
