How to Make Hungarian Pancakes
- Separate eggs.Beat egg whites until stiff.
- In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in egg whites. Batter will be fairly stiff and puffy.
- Spoon or pour desired amount onto hot well-buttered griddle or skillet. Fry first side until bubbles begin to form then pop. Flip pancake and fry another minute or two until golden brown. Serve hot.
