Step 1DISSOLVE YEAST IN WARM WATER IN A LARGE BOWL AND LET STAND FOR 10 MIN. UNTIL FROTHY

Step 2ADD MILK , SUGAR, EGG, SALT AND ENOUGH FLOUR TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH

Step 3KNEAD FOR 6-8 MIN ON FLOURED SURFACE UNTIL DOUGH IS SMOOTH

Step 4FORM DOUGH INTO A BALL AND LET RISE, COVERED IN A WELL OILED BOWL FOR 1 HOUR, THE DOUGH SHOULD DOUBLE IN SIZE

Step 5PUSH DOWN DOUGH WITH HANDS AND KNEAD IN GARLIC. FORM DOUGH IN GOLF BALL SIZE BALLS AND LET RISE 30 MIN UNTIL DOUBLED.

Step 6PREHEAT GRILL WHILE BALLS ARE RISING, FLATTEN EACH BALL IN TO CIRCLE

Step 7BRUCH WITH BUTTER AND COOK ON GRILL 2-3 MIN UNTIL PUFFY AND LIGHT BROWN BRUSH UNCOOKED SIDE WITH BUTTER AND FLIP, COOKING FOR ANOTHER 2-4 MIN UNTIL BROWNED... REPEAT UNTIL ALL NAAN ARE COOKED.
